Course Requirements
- Age: You must be 18 years or over
- Identification: A valid photo ID and 2 proof of addresses are required
- First Aid: You must hold a valid Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) certificate (with at least 12 months remaining). If you don’t yet have one, we can provide this training as part of the package.
Course Duration & Delivery
- Minimum of 52 guided learning hours (usually over 6 days with 8 – 10 hours of distance learning)
- A mix of classroom-based learning, practical exercises, and assessments
- Delivered by qualified trainers with industry experience

Certification & Progression
On successful completion, you will receive a Level 2 Award for Door Supervisors in the Private Security Industry, which enables you to apply for an SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
This licence allows you to work legally as a Door Supervisor in a wide variety of environments, opening the door to a rewarding career in the security industry.
